Marinated Grilled Chicken

1 lb chicken breasts or thighs 

½ cup olive oil 

1 tsp Worcestershire

1 tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

½ crushed red pepper

3-4 sprigs fresh rosemary 

3-4 sprigs fresh oregano 

3 cloves garlic, smashed 

1 tbsp smooth dijon mustard

1 tbsp whole grain mustard 

Combine together all ingredients, except chicken, in a medium bowl. Add chicken and toss to thoroughly coat all pieces. Cover and refrigerate for 30 mins to 2 hours. Remove from the fridge 20-30 mins before cooking.

Heat grill to 400 degrees. Cook chicken for 6-8 mins per side.
