Superfood Smoothie (or pouch)

Blend, Chill, Serve:

1 banana

1 mango

4-5 large strawberries

1 can coconut milk

3 tablespoons ground flax seeds

3 tablespoons ground chia seeds

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Chill before serving if desired. For baby: pour into refillable pouches and store in the freezer. Remove from freezer 1-2 hours before serving.
