Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets

1 lb ground chicken

1 egg

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

2 tsp Dijion mustard

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

2 cups Panko breadcrumbs

Combine the chicken, egg, parsley, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Work by the spoonful and roll 1-2 tbsp of chicken mixture in Panko. Spray or wipe olive oil in the bottom of your air fryer basket. Work in batches; Place nuggets into basket and drizzle with olive oil. Air fry at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Flip, drizzle with olive oil, and fry for another 10 minutes. Repeat until all nuggets are cooked.
