BBQ-Mustard Pork Sliders

2-2.5 lb pork tenderloin 

12-15 slider buns

½ cup BBQ sauce

¼ cup whole grain mustard

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp sriracha 

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

3-4 sprigs of fresh thyme 

2 tbsp butter

1 small white onion, thinly sliced 

In a medium dish, combine BBQ, mustard, honey, sriracha, Worcestershire, and thyme. Add pork tenderloins and coat each piece with marinade. Cover and let sit in the fridge for 1-5 hours. Heat your grill to 375 degrees. Cook for 35-40 mins. While the pork is cooking, melt butter in a small saucepan over low-medium heat. Add onions and let cook and caramelize slowly for about 10 mins. Toss occasionally. 

Let pork rest after pulling from the grill. Then slice into half inch pieces. 

Spread a small squirt of BBQ sauce onto the bun, add two slices of pork and some onions. Repeat to make 12-15 sliders!
