Chipotle White Bean Hummus

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 can cannellini white beans, drained and rinsed

1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

4 oz chipotles in adobe sauce

1 cup cilantro, leaves and stems

Juice from 1 lime

Big pinch of salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape sides of blender and stir to incorporate all ingredients. Serve with pita chips, veggies, etc!
